Return Policy

At Kingpin Lithium, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Custom items are not eligible for returns.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized before sending items back to us. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kingpinlithium.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
